Do you sit here for minutes, hours, or days here on the forums or a bunch of your favorite websites and hit the Refresh button every minute or so just waiting for some new awesome posts or threads? I'm gonna press Refresh for the next half hour keeping an eye on this board!

I usually do a hard refresh.

(Ctrl + F5)

You should try turbo refresh (ALT-F4). It's a lot faster.
