Can someone explain the meaning and/or origin of the phrase "Take the B to the Ounce and Bounce"?

I think it just means get the hell out of there. Add B to Ounce and bounce (bounce meaning to leave quickly in this case).

I've stopped listening to music altogether. I now listen to Scandinavian Pop bands producing pink noise.

B = Bea (Arthur)
ounce = crack
bounce = sexual relations

Correct.

From Wikipedia:

Quote:
The phrase originated with Winston Churchill during the Yalta Conference in 1945. Stalin was an aficionado of laundry products, and had a box of the then-new fabric softener Bounce sitting on the table next to him at all times. Remarking upon the dictator's habit of picking up the box at the conclusion of each day's session, Churchill remarked, "Let's take the B to the ounce and bounce." The phrase languished in relative obscurity until it was discovered by American "hip hop" artists, who adopted it as their anthem.
Who says Wikipedia isn't good for anything?
