Last night I slept for 13 hours - is that bad?
Monday night I didn't sleep all that well, but come last night I went to lay down and read a bit around 8 at night - clonk, was out like a light. Got up at 11:30pm to brush my teeth, went back to bed and didn't wake up til 9 this morning... wow, do I feel great now! Haven't slept that well or that long since I was a teenager - is sleeping that long a bad sign?

Man...if I sleep for more than 6 hours I spend the first part of my day in a "sleep-hangover", I just feel off until later in the day.....

i wish i can sleep that long.... i usually sleep at 12 and wake up at 6:30

I can't remember the last time I slept for that long. Not even when I was anesthetized in the hospital. I would've gotten up at least 4 times to tinkle.

If I sleep anything over about 7 hours then I feel really bad when I get up. My body hurts like hell and it takes me forever to get going.

I get, normally, 5 hrs of sleep a day. One day every two weeks, I'll get 15-20.
Do I like this? No. Can I survive? Yes. How? DVD's, food, porn. And the girlfriend when she finally wakes up. |

I've gotten 13 hours the last three nights combined, so quit your bitching!
 I usually get about 6-7 hours a night. Once in a great while, I'll sleep 8 hours. The longest I ever slept was for 15 hours straight, but that was after being up for 64 hours straight at band camp senior year in high school.

i always sleep 10-12 hours on my days off. when i work its 3-6 hours.
