Only one .. the Banana Splits fan club. I had all of the decals, stickers, certificates, etc. that they sent to the members; unfortunately I have lost it sometime since long-ago 1970 or whenever. I'm hoping that someday I may find it in the attic of my parent's house but I think I've lost it forever. Too bad because I think it all goes for a couple of hundred $ now.

I was a member of Faith Hill's fan club around the release of her second cd. The best perk was an exclusive meet-and-greet after her concert. That was pretty much my biggest reason for signing up.
