Finally remembered the TURDUCKEN this year!

My wife was watching the Food Network last night and they had a segment about making a turducken.

I ordered one from http://www.cajungrocer.com.

We usually don't think about getting one for Thanksgiving/Christmas until its too late to have one shipped out.

This had better be good.....

A farm around here makes some and everyone I have spoken to who had them said they were quite good.

But I hope you have a huge family cause the thing feeds like 20 people , at least around here... and it costs 150$ or so.

I wish someone would make a vegetarian version of this, but I think they're having trouble coming up with a name that isn't obscene.

What would this consist of? Tofu stuffed in tofu all wrapped up in tofu?

Congratulations . . . I don't believe that I've ever used this smiley before, but I feel it is completely appropriate . . .

Actually, they do. It's called "Tofurken"

(the above is not a joke, in case you were wondering)

(but it is pretty funny anyway)

Why bother.

I'm picking up a Honeybaked Ham the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
