Do you use a wash cloth?
When I was growing up we always had the following on the towel bar:
wash cloth small towel bath towel Now when we buy towels Mrs. Pusser never buys the wash cloths. So I haven't used one in many years. Is it a lost art or just my experience?

I use those girly mesh plastic puffy things... used to just rub a bar of soap on myself. I had a girlfriend move in once who used those things and I tried it and all this dead skin and grossness came off, so I started using em regularly with liquid soap. My current one is pink. There's no way I'll go back to rubbing a bar of soap on myself... it's worthless.

I'm black so in general yes. (Dave Chappelle obsvervation based on fact.
)But I admit to "selling out" over the last couple of years by just using soap.

I have never used a wash cloth my entire life. It drives my wife crazy. Honsetly, I didn't know what a wash cloth was until I got married. I thought they just hung them in hotels and stuff, but apparently people have them in their homes too.
. Now we have them too... but I still refuse to use it. What is a towel and a T-shirt for any way? |

Those lather-balls really don't exfoliate as well as I like, so I use this asian washcloth that REALLY gets you clean. It's almost gross how much dead skin comes off.

Don't understand the concept of using anything but a bar of soap..You rub it on ya good...then the water washes it and the dirt off...What does a washcloth do that the water doesn't? I assume that's what it's for anyway..put the soap on you..then wipe the soap off with the washcloth?? Or is there something else you do with it?

ALways. And when I went to England on business, I packed one in a plastic bag in my suitcase. They are even unknown in hotels there.

I used one of those puffy things for the past 10 years or so (not the same one) but I noticed that whenever I stayed in a hotel and had to use a washcloth it felt like I was getting cleaner so I've finaly switched to using washcloths at home now.

And Shady, no, it's wet the washcloth and rub the soap in it until it's saturated, wash your body with the soapy washcloth, rinse everything, done. Where do these threads come from?? ![]()
