The silliest thing about this is that you still wind up with alcohol breath. You get it from the alcohol in your blood evaporating out through your lungs.

Alcohol enemas was talked about on the Savage Love podcast an episode or two ago. Dan Savage's answer was to never use hard liquor and only use diluted beer or wine.

All right, it's Savage Love episode 146 (two episodes ago), the caller starts at the 10:39 mark. It's a guy who is into dom-sub stuff and is "turned on by the idea of getting a guy drunk frat boy style, pouring booze up his ass".
