AC/DC Let There Be Rock DVD/Blu-Ray
Does anyone have it yet?
It's good to finally have a clean copy of this. For the longest time I heard that the original film had been lost and that's why they never released it. Good to see that's not true. It's not their best performance with Bon on film in my opinion (that would be Rock Goes to College '78) but it's very good.
The extras are just total trash- interviews with random people in the music world/people who have written ac/dc books. Most of these people didn't even personally know Bon and they just go on raving about him without really saying anything of substance. I would of preferred to hear from the actual band at the very least. George Young and Harry Vanda would of been good interviews too. I don't know why interviews like this needed to be included because they add nothing.
The only decent thing that's ever been done on Bon was this documentary:

Re: AC/DC Let There Be Rock DVD/Blu-Ray
I saw this in theaters when I was 11. This had to be around the spring of 1982. I absolutely loved it... aaaaand haven't seen it since.
I'm very much looking forward to getting it on Blu-ray when the price drops under $20. They REALLY are charging $45 retail for this fucker? They're outta their minds. Even online retailers have it priced around $30, and that's still a joke...

Make that three! I could care less about the steel case and extra rubbish that comes with it. Just give me a stand alone BR with the movie & special features. They did just a regular DVD version - don't know why they couldn't have done a BR one, too.
