It's a great song, and it should be available on CD.

I will have to pick these up. I have just recently gotten back into Black Sabbath and could use some solo Ozzy. The fact that these aren't the bastardized versions is a plus.

So I see both CD's individually on Amazon, but not the box set. Does it have a different release date or something?

Actually he's quite steady and understandable now. Turns out it wasn't the drugs, but hereditary Parkins syndrome.

I pick up the diary (legacy Ed.) blizzard today. I had a listen to a few songs from each album. Now I have the 02 Sony reissue of these, to me these sound the same (no surprise here.) I also have jet records issue of these two album, these sound very dated to my not so golden ears. I would like to say go out and buy these now, but i can not say that.

Doesn't surprise me. The '02 remasters sounded good enough to non-audiophiles, and they had Trujillo and Bordin replicate the drums & bass, so unless you know these albums like the back of your hand, I doubt many would notice the difference.

Wow! I'm sure you meant to say, unless they are completely clueless or unfamiliar with the music.

I'm pretty sure I did say that. I guarantee you there are thousands of Ozzy fans out there who bought the '02 remasters, knew nothing of the tracks being redone, and assumed it was the original members.

Does anybody have any questions?
1. What is the real true story behind the Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake situation.
2. Why don't you ever give your song "You Can't Kill Rock N Roll" the credit it is due and make fan's like myself very happy and play it live in your f---ing sets, and include it on live cd's like the new diary remaster, WTF.
3. Why don't you give Jake E. Lee the credit he deserves, IMO he played on your best two albums.

Yeah i have 3 questions:
1. What is the real true story behind the Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake situation.

Re: Ozzy Osbourne's Blizzard Of Ozz, Diary Of Madman To Be Reissued In May 2011
Kerslake helped a bit with the arrangements, and also helped produce the first two albums with Daisley and Max Norman.
Both Daisley and Kerslake were deeply involved in the writing of Diary of a Madman, and they both played all the bass and drum parts respectively, but saw the performance credits go to Rudy Sarzo and Tommy Aldridge. They also never got paid everything they were owed. Daisley and Kerslake sued and won, but never got paid all they were supposed to so they re-sued and won, and then let it go too long to successfully sue again when they didn't get paid what they were still owed (they had the last suit thrown out due to statutes of limitations running out on them). Daisley also didn't get songwriting credits on Bark at the Moon (neither did Jake E. Lee, but he, to my knowledge, never sued - although he should have).
As Sharon handles ALL of Ozzy's business affairs it's clear who was responsible for failing to pay Daisley and Kerslake what was owed - as well as failing to give them their proper performance credits. I fucking hate that bitch.
That's the answer that you will NEVER get from Ozzy & Sharon, but that's what the correct answer is.

Again, that's the correct answer but also the one you'll never get from Sharon or Ozzy.
