Help Me With A Song

All I know is scant little, but I suspect one of you guys will get it easy.

Fluffy pop music, saw the video where a younger teen-ish ethnic girl, maybe Indian or African, is singing a song. She says 'run run run' in the video and moves her arms like she's running.

For some reason that 'run run run' part is stuck in my head and I need to hear that song again and remove it.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Help Me With A Song

Sounds like Nelly Furtado to me?

Not sure of the song name, though...

Re: Help Me With A Song

No. Not Rihanna or Furtado. Thanks though.

Lesser known girl.

Kind of a dance/beat song though, not pop like Britney.

Hasn't been but a couple of months or so since I saw it passing by MTV on the dial.

Re: Help Me With A Song

Found it!

By accident. Happened by like MTV 4 or something, one of them that still plays videos, and it happened to be playing again.

I would have guessed it was either M.I.A or The Doors doing "Not To Touch The Earth"

Woulda been even easier if I had just known it was 'M.I.A. - Paper Planes' to begin with.

Right?

Maybe one of these days these talentless fucks will write their own music, but as long as people keep buying it, we'll just have to put up with it. Here's my newest hatred:

Re: Help Me With A Song

Why the hell do you need autotune for rapping?!? Is there a need to be able to talk in tune?
