It was written and recorded throughout 1986. During that period, Ad-Rock, Mike D and MCA were 19, 20 and 21, respectively. I guess we don't agree after all, as you seem to be saying that only Mike D and MCA deserve cancer, since they were at least 20. I'll maintain that Ad-Rock should get some as well.
