So what does everyone think of these amazon deals lately? I haven't bought much of anything the last few months. The selection seems worse and the prices seem higher. I guess they were trying harder at first to get people switched over to using them over iTunes.

The prices do seem a little higher but i have picked up a couple artists i had previously never even heard of. A 1.99$ price point guarantees i will go listen to the samples and there is about an 80% chance i will buy it if i even vaguely like it.

I was buying almost everyday for a while but cut back to about 1 or 2 a week now. Slightly higher prices and more groups I'm not familiar with have made me slow down on the impulse buys.
