Help identify this ABBA-like song

There is a song I have heard twice in the last month that I cannot place. The best description is that it sounds a lot like an a cappella version of ABBA's "Take a chance on me". Only it is not. The lyrics are different.

- The lyrics are sung by at least two women in harmony.
- The melody rises and falls like "Take a chance on me".
- The song is almost a cappella but I think there are background instruments.
- The lyrics repeat "It's up to me"

Any ideas?
