Here's my pathetically small list, in chronological order as far as I can remember:

Oingo Boingo (my first concert, about 15 years ago)
Rosemary Clooney (Humphrey's by the Bay, San Diego)
Berlin (San Diego Gay Pride Festival, 1999 I think)
Etta James (Belly Up Tavern, Solana Beach)
Cyndi Lauper (San Diego Gay Pride Festival, not sure what year)
Beth Hart (2x, both times at Pala Casino)
Jamie Cullum (2x: House of Blues San Diego 2006, Hollywood Bowl 2008)
Martha Wash (Palm Springs Gay Pride Festival, November 2007)
Idina Menzel (Humphrey's by the Bay, June 2008)
Yaz (Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles, July 2008)

Some of these huge lists make my head spin! I've been to two concerts: Mighty Mighty Bosstones in '97 and Boris this past summer. No one tours up in this area.

If there's anything I regret, it's missing Catherine Wheel when they toured for Adam & Eve. What I wouldn't give...

You'll notice that after 2004, the concerts dried up. In 2005, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and it's hard to go to shows. First off, it's hard to spend that kind of money and not know if I'm going to actually be able to go to the show. Secondly, it's hard to go to large shows with big crowds because of the bathroom issue. Also, if for any reason anyone is interested, I actually have set lists for many of the shows listed here (though not all of them).

Since my last update:

Girl Talk
Kavinsky
Konono N°1
The Kooks (2x)
Holy Fuck (2x)
M.I.A.
Quentin Stoltfuz
Super Furry Animals

I also saw Radiohead, Coldplay, and the Pogues again. The Pogues are, without a doubt, the finest live band I have ever seen. And that's considering at their first show I went to, I wasn't even a huge fan of their music.

This is going back 10 or so years, but I think he did a decent job. He was touring in support of "Simon Says" and Internal Affairs. The only things that I really remember: it was a really short show and he wore a miner's helmet w/ a light on it.

Rampage opened the show and I clearly remember him sucking big time. But I didn't expect otherwise. A ridiculously large amount of guys on the stage, obscuring the main MC (who is constantly shouting "turn up the monitors"), does not a good show make.

This is wild considering (IMHO) we have some very overlapping music tastes. A lot of bands are really cool live.
