Re: New Rammstein?

You can have the biggest TV and the greatest surround sound system of all time... but there is absolutely nothing that compares to the ear-shattering, bone-crunching experience of seeing Rammstein live.

Re: New Rammstein?

Very few things piss me off about my motorcycle accident more than having it happen a few weeks before I was supposed to see Rammstein a handful of years back. The Made in America tour looked awesome, and it had been something like 12 years since they had been in my area. With the few dates popping up here and there, I'm hoping they'll do a show in Colorado again.

The concert video looks like it would be a headache to sit through. The effects were cool, but the editing is irritating.

I think that goes without saying. I caught them in San Antonio in 2001, and I think I'm still partially deaf from that night.

Re: New Rammstein?

Yeah, I've seen them twice in my life. The first was when they played the Pledge of Allegiance tour with Mudaven, System of a Down, and Slipknot. The last time was at the forum in L.A. Actually, both of those tours were at The Forum.

I saw that they're playing 3 U.S. shows, but I don't want to drive to Vegas for it. Here's hoping they make a stop in L.A. again.

Re: New Rammstein?

Yeah Rammstein live is a monster spectacle.

Saw them at the Roxy NYC in 1998 before they were huge - what a show.

And then at Allstate Arena 3-4 years back - probably the best arena show I've ever seen.

Re: New Rammstein?

Looks like Stone Sour and Korn will be opening for Rammstein at the Las Vegas show. Tickets go onside Friday for it.

Kind of a trip that Korn is opening, when it was Rammstein opening for them at the Family Values shows all those years ago.

Re: New Rammstein?

Even if Korn were still huge, I don't think any band in their right mind would want to follow Rammstein these days.

When was the official release date? I just got this from Amazon, "Your new estimated delivery date is: Friday, June 2, 2017 - Wednesday, June 14, 2017"

Today.

I've some folks on instagram (probably European folks) that already have there's.

Unless it was some last minute BB exclusive, I don't know. I had it preordered for a while, too.

EDIT - just looked on the Amazon site and says it will ship from 1-4 weeks for those that did not pre-ordered ( I assume). I guess Amazon in the US only got a few copies and ran out.

Re: New Rammstein?

I saw the show in Jones Beach last night. It was the greatest show I've ever seen. There were enough pyrotechnics to embarrass many 4th of July events. Non-stop explosions, fire, smoke, exploding outfits, flame throwers... I can't imagine what it takes to set that show up, and how much it must cost.
Wow!

I preordered and am still waiting. My first estimated delivery date has come and gone, and now that Amazon is saying it will be 1-2 months before they have it in stock I'm considering cancelling.

Re: New Rammstein?

Pretty awesome song and video.

I saw elsewhere that they stirred up some controversy with the concentration camp scenes, which is silly because they're obviously criticizing Germany's past. I figured that out, and i don't even speak German.

I only saw the outrage in a link from Fox News so I just assumed it was them being the asshats that they always are.

Don’t feel bad about yourself. Understanding satire can take time.

Re: New Rammstein?

To be fair, I read the story about the video's outrage on BBC News, so this time it's not just Fox being asshats.
