Help Finding Particular Silly/Strange song of 2003/04

There was some song that was popular on the alternative stations sometime late last year or this year that was just strange/silly.

I dont know how to explain it. It might of been a foreign band but it was definitely strange/silly and its not TMBG or Weird Al. The lyrics could of had something about a cowboy or aligator in it... Sorry if thats not much help.
