Grandaddy - 'Sumday' UK reissue w/ bonus 'live from Glastonbury' disc

I had recently read that a reissue was announced with a bonus disc, and gathering from Amazon.co.uk listing, the release date is Nov. 10th

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...993919-5834059

sounds great to me. I though can't find any of the bonus discs 'live' tracks, anyone know what they are?

Sounds like an attempt to revive a dull, monotonous CD.

Sounds more like your attempt to revive a dull, but informational old thread for you to poop on...

Still, I don't like it when they re-release stuff like this - since the really big fans have already bought the CD once, and now miss out on the bonus tracks simply because they don't want to buy it twice!?!

Does anyone have anything positive to say about this band? I've heard one song and liked it quite a bit-nothing like what I expected from the look of those guys.

I just ordered "Under The Western Freeway" from Overstock. The only song I heard from them was AM 180 off of the 28 Days Later soundtrack. That song is on the album I ordered so hopefully I'll like the rest of it.

I'm very happy I decided to pick up this album. Sparklehorse fans should check them out.

I remember I had that album playing in the car on the way to the theater when I saw 28 Days Later. I was really surprised when it was in the movie! By the way, that album and The Sophtware Slump are both excellent, but Sumday is a little dull compared to those two. Don't get me wrong; there's some great tracks on there---but I'll be darned if at least half of the songs don't sound exactly the same.

I agree that some sound the same, but luckily I love whichever ones sounded good first.

This album is perfect for a nice drive. What's even better is that my wife loves it now, too, so I don't have to hear her bitch about me domineering the car stereo.

I didn't know the track from the 28 Days Later soundtrack was on an earlier album - I've been meaning to pick one or two of them up for some time. I guess I will just have to hurry up the process.
