Collective Soul info?

Whats the deal with Collective Soul? I hear they have a new guitarist, and a new album made (or making?). Any tour dates that anyone has heard of, or audio clips of their new guitarist?

i was quite sad to see ross leave the band as he is an amazing guitarist, as far as i know the former guitar tech has taken the job of replacing him.

the website has been updated as if the band is still going, but i haven't heard word of any new material yet.

easily one of the most underrated bands out there. i've got all the albums and they are kickin' with guitar goodness.

Its funny that I actually consider them underappreciated too, but the numbers on their albums (and hits playing on the radio) says otherwise. I really liked the style of their guitarist, so I'm a bit afraid to see what will happen. Anyone know what he's doing now that hes not with Collective Soul? BTW, I don't remember where I read it, official site i think, but they did a local show a couple months back or so.
