Saw David Lee Roth last night
at the HOB in Anaheim, CA. Two Hours, about 5-6 solo songs (All hits, except one new song) and the rest classic HALEN.
We had a "bingo" game going.
A Banadana On Head
Jeans Vest
Leather Jacket
DLR era Tshirt
Mullet
Saw all of them except the jeans vest.
He was very fun and had a good sounding band...

Well, he "sold out" the incredibly small HOB after a while. (Maybe last night) We got tickets days after they went on sale...
The announcer said he was coming back at the end of summer to Universal Amp. which is about 6000+ seats vs. HOB at about 1000. I don't see that selling well...

For anyone interested, I think his "Your Filthy Little Mouth" is a very overlooked great CD. Favorites are "No Big 'Ting", "You're Breathin' It", and "She's My Machine".
