"Pink Room" by Angelo Badalamenti to get things revved up.
Then switch to "With this Love (choir)" from the Peter Gabriel "Passion:Music for the Last Temptation of Christ" at ear-splitting volumes just when you're about to, uh . . . you know . . . do it . . . and stuff. Insert Beavis laugh here.

Um, Rufus Wainwright's "Instant Pleasure"?!
![]() Just kidding. Seriously, though, jazz music. Sitting in a NYC jazz club and listening to Christian McBride made me frisky...err.. can put one in the mood, so I've heard. ![]() Blink182--definitely NOT lovemaking music. If so, I feel sorry for your girl! |

So many possibilities... Here are two that are rhythmically perfect (in a Bolero sort of way).

Anything by Emperor would work. Warriors of Modern Death is a love-making favorite for me. Cannibal Corpse is another band I would think about, also Immortal, At The Gates, Mayhem, Burzum are great bands to listen to while making human sacrafices um, I mean making love

![]() I'm sorry but if my partner put that on the stereo as a prelude for making squishy, I'd just about bust a gut laughing. Contemplating sex to an Enigma soundtrack - for me - always conjures that image of Tim Robbins in "High Fidelity" as the new-age boyfriend banging John Cusack's recent ex-girlfriend. I'd put "having sex to Enigma" in the same category as "ponytails on men over 40," "trophy hoochie-mamas half a guy's age," and "mid-life fire-engine red sports car purchases."
