I really like the single, and have not picked up the album, however I have yet to buy an alanis album...

Jewel's too adult contemporary for me. Too vanilla.

Alanis at least mixes it up a bit.

I consider Alanis an alternative rock artist, with Tori Amos. Jewel is A/C all the way.

Actually, I did a search on Alanis, but not knowing the title of her new album didn't help. For some reason I didn't see your original post either. Sorry for the oversight.

In any case, I merged all of these threads together. Thanks for providing all the links.

By the way, putting info on how to get this album from newsgroups is frowned on at DVDTalk. Sorry, I know some moderator attention is sometimes unwanted.
