Forty Hour Week by Alabama just got randomly pulled up in my winamp playlist. I'm not really a country music fan, I certainly don't hate it, but this song really hits me. Maybe it's because my father was a blue-collar worker for most of his life, or maybe it's just that so many of these people we take for granted, but they keep the wheels of our economy turning. So, here's the lyrics:
