All you digital audio experts: I need help!

I've got a .wav file I'd like to put on a CD. Problem is, it's one track/file that's 73 minutes long. What program is out there that allows me to easily split it into say 15 or so files/tracks? I don't need anything fancy.

Thanks in advance!
