It's clear why they're at odds, it's just mind numbing how far Tony and Reed take it considering what they've been through with Steve and Peter, etc.mand how that New Warriors incident is not really a huge deal in the context of the Marvel Universe. I mean the only way to redeem Tony was a mind wipe and not having anyone mention it ever again. In a movie world, you don't have as much history so it's easier to setup, though as I said before this movie did it poorly anyway. It actually made both protagonists unlikable, which is probably the opposite of what you want to do here.

That's pretty cool. The warehouse scene is easily the best in the film in my opinion. I'll give it to Affleck that his Batman is badass and I can't wait to see more of him.

For sure. Bats finally moved like he does in the comics for the most part. I've got some minor issues w/ how he moves about in certain things through the fights or in the suit but... overall... We get the Bat kicking ass like supposed badass he is.
Fuck. I loved Rocksteady's combat gameplay. WB Montreal fucked it up a bit w/ the timing but it was still fun.

Finally got around to this as it is on HBO now.
I am not a fan of Snyder's style and work and he did not disappoint me.
Enjoyed Wonder Woman though.

I also saw this for the first time recently, the extended version. I echo what the majority felt: Batman was great, Wonder Woman was great, Luthor was a joke, Doomsday was... something. I still don't feel much of anything during the big action scenes. Snyder likes his chaos, wind and debris, etc. It just all goes on for so long. The Martha thing was a little hokey, and probably could have been done a little better, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I had no idea it was Flash in the dream/vision, and speaking of which, it felt like there was an overabundance of those.
I was really hoping that the last bit with Luthor getting his head shaved would have had him change his demeanor into a calm, cool, more devious tone. Still the same irritating quirks as the rest of the movie.
I liked it better than his previous Superman movie, so there's that.

I love both characters and loved Bats for the most part. But I can't get past crap scripting. I like some crap story arcs in the comics but this one was worse than the ones I like to the point where I can't like it cuz it's crap.

It's fine to like it. It just wasn't much good. Had some highs and a lot more heavier lows. With a lot of in the mediocrity.

the problem will always be superman. He is a god. Most people just look at him and say he is indestructible and doesnt have many weaknesses.
Though i do agree on Lex but it was just a different take on him.
Again im giving this movie too many passes but as i said, im overlooking the flaws.

I moderately enjoyed it. I thought Cavill was garbage, though. And Eisenfuck.

Hey, I'm always up for some DC bashing. . Actually my last few posts haven't been hate filled. I still don't think it's a very good movie though. I've come to accept that it's got some good parts but overall isn't what I wanted. I will say that I hate Leto's Joker more than anything in this film.

My wife and I enjoyed this movie as well as Man of Steel. My only complaints were Jesse Eisenberg as Lex (wrong for the part) and Superman dying at the end (reminded me of the X-Men Last Stand fiasco). All in all an entertaining movie.
