I caught a few moments of Gadot on Kelly and that guy from American Idol this morning and holy crap was she breathtaking.

If there's a scheduling conflict, it can't happen. It doesn't matter if she was free for months before or after; if she can't fit it into the actual film shoot, they can't do it.
Because I fuckin' felt like it? It was a random thought. And my response was letting you know I was aware of her guest role on the TV show.

Yeah, i don't really understand the comment either. Is it that Carter looks much better then Gal? Because Gal looks great to me there.

Even in her prime, Linda Carter was no match for Gal's hotness IMO.

Box Office Pro has adjusted their forecast (based in part on tracking) to $111M OW.

Wonder Woman continues to impress as its final marketing stage hits. Reviews are expected to come online around Memorial Day, and if positive enough, they could help send the film into buzz overdrive before release next week. Before then, though, tracking has continued to inch closer to the levels of Man of Steel. We’re increasingly in the “bullish” camp at this point.

Woah, Linda Carter is a freaking 10 when she played Wonder Woman. Gal Gadot just another pretty face in Hollywood.

I don't really get the distinction as to why Gal is just a pretty face compared to Carter. She's a 10 to me, but i've liked her since her first appearence in Fast and Furious. Maybe it's an age thing, especially for those that grew up seeing Carter.

"Just another pretty face" can't carry a huge blockbuster like this IMO - you've got to have the charisma that Gal does to make it work. I saw it at the fan screening 4 days ago - she brings charm and heart to the role while still being a believable badass. Her and Pine have a great rapport and Gal's beauty is only eclipsed by her likeability in this movie.

Saw a promo that Gal was gonna be on Live with Kelly and Ryan, so I checked it out. She didn't say how but she hurt her back back bad enough she couldn't sit down. So everyone stood for the interview. She's a trooper!

The sound was off while I was watching, I wondered why she wouldn't sit down.

I just watched the Live with Kelly and Ryan appearance and wow she is really charming. I have mentioned it before but more than ever I wish Wonder Woman was already in theaters. Between GOTG 2 and Wonder Woman it is shaping up to be another great year at the cinema for comic fans.

Re: Wonder Woman (2017, D: Patty Jenkins,) S: Gadot, Pine

I just got back from a sneak preview of Wonder Woman for the local military and their families. I'm an MCU fanboy, but holy cow, WW was better than most of the MCU movies! Maybe it's because Patty Jenkins got to direct with minimal Zack influence, but it was the most charming, funny and overall satisfying DC movies since, well, the original 2 Christopher Reeve films, but it still has a bit of the modern DCU feel. It's obvious that they are aiming for a broader audience. At least twice, our crowd was cheering and applauding., once when Diana first appears in her full WW attire, and again during the climactic battle. Since I'll be posting a review here, and reviews are expected to hit the web around Monday, I'm hoping a mod or someone else will create the review thread so I can get mine up there, rather than this thread.
