Not I. If that were the case, my list would be massive.

Bachelor Party (which to me is WAY more funny than The Hangover)
Bridesmaids
The Heat

I know there are others.

Yeah, Pyle would have needed some outside help to do that back then, and nobody would do that.

Busted a nut? That's a strange question for this forum. I guess Bad Wives staring Dyanna Lauren from back in the 90's did it for me.

Re: Hardest you've ever busted a gut laughing at a movie?

Oddly enough the time I recall most is a film I had *no* desire to see. My wife and I have radically differing tastes in movies which makes it hard for us to have a movie "date night." In 1984 she *really* wanted to see Rhinstone with Dolly Parton and Sylvester Stallone. Me... not at all but I went anyway because *she* wanted to see it. I'm sitting there thinking it's a really stupid movie (and just another very lame remake of Pygmalion) when Stallone and Parton go to the funeral home where he proceeds to show off his singing/playing ability. He's well into a *horrible* rendition of some classic blues/rock piece on the funeral home organ when we see there's a funeral going on "upstairs" and people are looking through the peephole at him. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in a theater. Unfortunately, my initial expectations were met and it was otherwise a terrible film but that one scene made it mostly worthwhile.

Man, I haven't seen The 'Burbs in probably 20 years. Bruce Dern was hilarious in that! I remember losing it when he accidentally ripped the wall paper in the Klopek's house.

Bruce Dern is so awesome in that movie. I'm hoping this year Universal will finally bring it out on BD since it's the 25th anniversary.

I didn't see it in the theater but I remember laughing my ass off when Eddie Murphy ran across the interstate.

First time seeing this in theater me and the whole audience were screaming laughing. Totally unexpected, thought it would be a big fight but Indy just pull out the gun and shot the guy and thinking "Fuck this shit."

Borat was probably the hardest I ever laughed in a theater. Naked Gun was pretty high up there with "Sexual Assault with a concrete dildo."

I forgot about Bowfinger. I thought it was going to be a not-so-funny comedy film but it turned out to be one of Eddie Murphy and Steve Martin's best films. "Did you know Tom Cruise had no idea he was in that vampire movie till two years later?"

In Role Models, towards the end. When Jane Lynch said she knew a judge. She says: "I don't want to get too specific, but I used to suck his dick for drugs" . I laughed so hard, I almost blacked out. Fuzzy vision and all.

Rules of Attraction, Very Bad Things, and SLC Punk! had me roaring at times too. I need to go on a big comedy binge.

Like many others, there have been many times this has happened. Though, I remember laughing pretty damn hard during both Knocked Up & Ted.

Re: Hardest you've ever busted a gut laughing at a movie?

I watched Reefer Madness in health class this year (the teacher who selected the film was being very tongue-in-cheek). When a couple under the influence of Marihuana drove over a man, who doesn't get hit to the floor, but rather plopped to the floor, I was laughing uncontrollably, then a pause, and more laughter, then me on the verge of crying realizing this propaganda was taken very seriously at a place in history and the information it presents had no real ground to support it yet also took the term "being high" very literally. Then I had to leave the class to see my therapist.

It's black propaganda. The stages of being high the film claims about (laughter to eventually murderous insanity) is actually the stages the viewer experiences while watching this film.
