I hate what they did with the scare on Kylo. It does look better on his cheek but if you watch the movies back to back it won't make any sense.

Yeah the movement of the scar is a minor nitpick. I can see why they moved it because it did look stupid where it was but I wish they would have thought of that when they gave it to him initially.

Ultimately I don't think it's something that will really annoy me. I mean really we don't see him with the scar in The Force Awakens. We just see him hit there and assume a scar. If he had it throughout the film and they moved it I'd probably be more bothered.

When Kylo told Ren she needs a "teacher", he lost me... a teacher? It just came across as childish. It doesn't help that Adam Driver is distracting in his looks - not menacing and not handsome. Just distracting.

Yeah, Kylo seems like the mouthpiece for the First Order basically and seems more along the lines of a high ranking apprentice rather than a full blown Sith Lord like Vader. I think it makes him a bit more interesting that he's not exactly a Darth Vader clone and also not as shallow as Darth Maul.

I'll take Driver's good acting and OK looks over pretty boy Hayden Christenson who can't act for shit.

I actually wish Driver were Anakin Skywalker, as I can somewhat sympathize with his whiny portrayal, where I just never liked Christenson's portrayal the second he appeared on screen.

Very true in essence Driver is playing a better version of what they were trying to do with Anakin in the prequels. All these SW movies (even though I do love them) are just call backs and reference to previous themes and characters
