... I don't like Columbus. I have never really like Sandler. Like Dinklage. Like that it's about videogames. Hate the two fat guys.

I was really hoping that the tone would be more like a modern day Ghostbusters, instead we're getting a Adam Sandler movie.

Never heard of this movie. High concept is neat. If I can make my way through it without too many eye rolls, it might be good!

With the Netflix deal in place you're probably right. Grown Ups 2 (2013) was his last movie to crack $100m.

It was like a 6 minute part of an episode (Trilogy of Interest or something like that). Plenty of room to expand on it, and it was a mix of good and bad videogame characters, not all bad.

I find most of his movies pretty watchable. They aren't particularly funny, and certainly aren't great, but other than That's My Boy I don't genuinely have a problem with them.

I like the posters. The trailer looks awful. This works better as an animated movie like Wreck-It Ralph. There is no weight or menace to the animated characters here in the real world.
Also Sandler continues to be the worst.

I figured Adam Sandler and Kevin James would be the kiss of death for this movie but with the video game angle it might be interesting.
