Agreed. The MCU doesn't have history or characters in it to pull off a Civil War; it would end up looking like X-Men The Last Stand.

Batman vs. Superman will not be moving in the US, that story is sourced from...Brazil. The only movie Marvel would not move out of a slot against B v S would be an Avengers' sequel. Even Iron Man would be crushed. Most of the Marvel fanboys are diehard Batman fans.

I don't know, give Marvel a few more bonafide hits and you might see people sway more to Cap than Supes. Plus as we all know a lot of people are quite unhappy with the casting of Batman, which could be a factor.

True, they had the date, but it was an "announced project".

Disney is taking up prime dates without a real movie to put in there.

I just think it is a bit arrogant of Disney to do that, you should reserve a date when you know what movie you go to put there.

So, Disney put an "unspecified" film on every Friday May through June, then DC suppose to go "Oh well" I guess we better go to July or Aug with our movie.

This is ALL Disney's fault, they should not selected the date until they were ready to annouce the movie with the date.

People are always angry over who will play certain super heroes. Still doesn't stop the movies from making hundreds of millions of dollars. Still, someone is going to have to change their release date. It would be stupid to do this because they would cannibalize the opening weekend for both of them.

I think WB would have the edge on this one. Unless Cap 2 is that damn popular to build on, it looks fucking awesome.

The new title is is interesting but it makes sense of the credit in the leaked poster that reads "special guest appearance by Henry Cavill as Clark Kent".

It's also been confirmed they will be tweaking the costume again for this new film. That would be so funny if they started incorporating more of the classic Superman design elements into it.

I dunno. After Cap 2 and well... How much they're making now? I think Marvel is flaunting their massive dick. WB has always had a big dick but Marvel backed by the sugar mama that is Disney is just whipping it out and slapping WB with it.

I think WB will move. If they don't? I await to see the WB vs. Marvel brawl.

After Watching Winter Soldier, I would definitely see Cap 3 first. I am so pumped for that franchise, and it will be coming off the heels of Age of Ultron.

Cap 3 definitely has the momentum. Batman/Superman better have one helluva trailer to draw me there first. Maybe this might be a good thing for both movies.
