"Kung Fu Hustle" - genre?
We were talking about movies at work and KFH is a very specific genre, like there's Blaxpoitation films, a very specific word, and I can't come up with it. Help? Thanks!

I would call it action-comedy but I've seen it referred to as "wuxia."

It hardly counts as wuxia. The action label is borderline but I can see it being called an action-comedy.

Chop socky is for the kung fu flicks of the 60s and 70s.

I've never used that naming for it though.
