Bollywood movies are very popular in many regions of the world, but, until recently, not here in the U.S. Since the 1950s, there have been so many major Bollywood hits that we knew nothing about here. E.g., GUMNAAM (1965):

Gone With the Wind - I've always wanted to see it, and it pops up on TCM every once in a while, but just never got around to it.

Never seen any of the Bourne or Transformer sequels All of them bigger moneymakers than the first films in the series, and I couldn't be less interested.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen West Side Story. I know I've never seen Singing in the Rain.
I've haven't seen Frozen or Cars, but I have a two-year-old daughter and a son on the way so I'm sure I'll send up seeing both countless time eventually.

Re: Movies the rest of the world saw but you didn't.
For every classic I've seen, there are a dozen I haven't. On my Blu-ray shelf you'll find Apocalypse Now, Citizen Kane, The Godfather, King Kong, The Maltese Falcon, Nosferatu, Raging Bull, Rififi, Seven Samurai, Taxi Driver, The Third Man, and Yojimbo, and yet I've never seen Ben-Hur, Brazil, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Casablanca, Chinatown, Cool Hand Luke, Gone with the Wind, The Graduate, Lawrence of Arabia, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Rosemary's Baby, The Seventh Seal, Twelve Angry Men, or West Side Story, and I'm not sure if I've seen It's a Wonderful Life, Jaws, or The Wizard of Oz from start to finish, and don't think I don't know this is one hell of a run-on sentence.
Not that I feel alone in this. It's astonishing how many people I've encountered who are huge movie buffs who have seen just about everything, and they've never seen The Godfather.
As for modern big blockbuster films, I saw about ten minutes of The Lord of the Rings and knew that I was done with it forever. Same with Avatar, Harry Potter, and Transformers. Also, my interest in seeing anything related to The Hunger Games or Frozen rivals my interest in eating a raw pinecone off the ground.
Duel kicks ass, by the way.

Probably the biggest ones for me are The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I even bought them on Blu-ray because I found the Extended Edition set for cheap one year intending to watch it but just have never gotten to it. I've seen both The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug though. I also managed to avoid the Harry Potter films for a long time. I didn't watch them until before The Half Blood Prince came out.

I'll be honest, I don't love The Godfather or it's sequels. I think they're well made and well acted films, but they've just never done much for me. The funny thing is I normally enjoy films and series about the mafia but I've always found that particular series just kind of meh. I'd take Goodfellas or The Sopranos any day personally.

DVD Talk Hall of Fame
There are many I could list, including anything in the horror genre, since I don't "do" horror. Ever. But I'll second several mentioned above:
Jaws
The Hunger Games (I hated the book)
Pulp Fiction (or any movie whatsoever by Tarantino)
Rocky
and I'll add:
Alien (and its sequels, of course)
Those are the biggest names that spring to mind. However, a number of my favorite movies are much disliked here at DVD Talk, and some I didn't like are worshiped here, so I have long been aware that I'm out of step with the DVD Talk demographic in many respects.
