I hope Argo gets just desserts.

I think Tina and Amy are doing pretty good.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are doing an all time great hosting job so far. They have great chemistry and are both genuinely funny. Props to Christoph Waltz and Julianne Moore thus far!

QT wins for best screenplay for Django.

I really need to see that movie.

Agree about Hathaway's hubby. Dead ringer for Gosling.

Jennifer Lawrence gave the best speech of the night, short and to the point with a nod to Harvey killing people off.

Ecstatic that Quentin won for the Django Unchained screenplay. As this show goes on, I think the Oscars will pale in comparison this year. It doesn't seem to be all about politics and popularity at the Globes.

Is Sasha Baron Cohen a little tipsy? Seems like it, especially with the drink in his hand.

at Brave winning

I recall so many comments from people here who thought it sucked and was an overrated Pixar movie. Yet, so many here wanted to get it for $9 during the BF sales.

Wreck It Ralph just got shafted. ParaNorman wasn't even nominated, which is crazy.

Jennifer Lawrence won for a comedy. Guess that will place her in a dead heat with Chastain for the Oscar, provided she wins the drama category.

I doubt it. Winners of the Comedy/Musical category rarely win the Oscar unless the GG considers it a musical.

Damn, it's about time

She never actually officially came out as gay in the media, but she did not admit in the speech who her "partner" was.

She's drunk, that was about as classy of an official "coming out" as possible

It takes a lot to go to a party with Mel Gibson and Robert Downey Jr and come across as the crazy one.
