Woman in Gold - good performance by Helen Mirren, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Tatiana Maslany playing the younger version of the character.

Arsenal (2017)
Probably one of the worst movies I have ever watched. Rented this from Red Box yesterday and I should have known better than to rent a movie with Nic Cage and Adrian Grenier as the 2 stars.
and Nic Cage's wig and mustache is comedy. This was some of his worst acting ever.

Suicide Squad - 1/5
This was just one horribly written mess that just like its sountrack, couldn't make up its mind what it wanted to be or in which direction to head next. Will Smith is Will Smith and Morgot Robbey tries so hard to be cute with some of the worst dialogue ever. For me the best thing about this were Viola Davis and Jared Leto. Davis is great in just about everything she's in and Leto was actually better than I thought he would be. With a proper script and direction, this should have been a darker film and The Joker should've been the main villain. More of a studio marketing product for catering to teens than an actual film.

Valentino - 4/5
Ken Russell's maniacal biopic about the life of Rudolph Valentino, from his early days as a gigolo ballroom dancer in New York to his death. Some of the acting isn't great but worth watching for Russell's extravagant vision.

John Cusack is a direct to home video star too and it seems he and Cage do the same shitty movies.
My Blind Brother on Starz. I liked it lol.

I had a great uncle who was a dancer in NY back in the 20's. My grandfather was also a saxophonist in big bands there too. My uncle roomed with Valentino for a while back in the day before he made it big. My great Uncle Willy was probably the biggest man-whore I'd ever met. The stories he told about their exploits with the ladies would make millennials with Tinder jealous. Apparently those broadway babes were pretty randy even a century ago.

rented this goofy little movie that made $25,000 at the box office. Surprisingly I found it rather entertaining due to the great chemistry from the leads. Anna Kendrick had some marvelous facial expressions in this weird kinds rom-com.

I felt like that movie should have gone straight to Netflix, it was enjoyable fluff and fits well with most of their original movies (Goofy, entertaining but kinda insubstantial).

Beauty and The Beast Had an enjoyable time with this one. Emma Watson, who my son has permission to marry, was probably the weak link. Acting was fine but the singing was weak. Not in a Meryl Streep Mama Mia kinda crappy, just a weaker voice among a throng of strong voices.
