What they could do is promote a special cut of the trailer and then simply add a stinger to the trailer we've seen featuring a glimpse of the Vision. That would still be enough to make people tune in.
It's not like it's a surprise he's in the film at this point. No sense in being coy about it.

It might be too late to whip up a shot of Vision, but they could at least air the full trailer that appeared at SDCC.

They really need to run Spader's voice through a filter so I'm not picturing Spader when Ultron talks.

That said, Frank Welker in AOE proves how pointless the casting of Weaving was in the first place.

No idea who Vision is...why is he going to be a big deal? Friend or foe? As I would assume most who will be going to the movie won't know who it is either.

Here's an analogous example... In one example I have Tyrion Lannister in space telling me what to do. In the other I have a fleshed out character that fits in the world talking to me.
Just something subtle like that to mask the fact that Red from the Blacklist is the bad guy.

Do you like possible spoilers? More for the comics but.... Just in case you want to go blind... I'll be nice.
Spoiler:
Again... it's all up in the air. Either way. He's a big deal for an Ultron related movie.
He doesn't have to be some major bad guy. If they just kept him as human but still some baddie... that'd be fine. He wasn't just a supervillain the whole time. Hell, Zola made it into the movies. I never thought I'd see him in the movies. I really dug what they did w/ him.
They added something to his voice. Why add more? They add anymore and it's not Spader. You paying for him to do the voice.... you better show off the voice. Transformers was mentioned... in how Weaving is Megatron but you can BARELY even notice it's him. So he was pointless casting.

I actually liked it better when it was Dinklage's unaltered voice. There was something cool about a robot that sounded like a human. Computer sounding voices are so cliché.

Ideally, I would think that Phase III would consist of Captain America 3, Thor 3, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and Dr. Strange leading into Avengers 3: The Infinity Gauntlet.
I think the audience would at least want a trilogy of 'phases' with the classic line-up of Cap, Thor, Hulk, and IM, with each climaxing in an Avengers movie.
