Every one of The Rock's teaser pics looked better than the poster and stills they just released. My God... anticipation for this just cratered.

Fuck, the marketing team and whoever came up with those lame posters and font type should all be fired en masse. The whole lot of them. It better not be some PG-13 bullshit either.

I really hate the logo but this could be fun if it's rated R. Maybe.

my only interest in this is to see Liam McIntyre from Spartacus. It's going to be odd seeing him in a similarly themed movie, and not being the primary hero.

Interesting trailer.
No way this is R. This is a big summer blockbuster title, so it has to be PG-13.
We've come a long way from the Cannon Films version with Lou Ferrigno. That version was extremely campy from what I recall and Lou was dubbed by a voice actor because he's deaf.

I dunno. It talks about the labors he has done. And shows some of them. But based on some of the stuff in there I can't really say wtf this film plot is.
It would be cool to see the labors. Would be kind of a weird thing to set up his task. Cuz he went mad and killed his family. Then seeked atonement for his actions. Not really something that could be redeemable normally. It works for me though cuz I love mythology.
Fuck. Now I want to read books on greek mythology. What are some some good books on Greek mythology?

That's too bad. This is a time when movie-goers like gritty heros. It would be the perfect time to make a Hercules movie based on the Greek myths, instead of Victorian children's books.
I want to see the movie about the guy who's so dangerous that Jason and Theseus are afraid of him, and they're his friends. The guy who fathered sixty or seventy kids before he got married.
We don't do Batman like Adam West anymore. Why are we doing Hercules like George Reeves?

That teaser looks stupid. Rock is typically pretty good in his roles, but they picked the wrong line for him to deliver, almost looks like he's doing a variation on "if you smellllllllllllllllllllllllllllll, what the Rock, is cooking."

Looks better than the other Hercules movie that came out this year.
Why did I just waste the time to type that.
Could be entertaining, but I won't be seeing this in theaters.
