So I guess they are going to say Gemma Arterton's character died in child birth or something? Shame they couldn't get that buxom woman back this time.

Story sounds pretty cool; glad that we might actually get a film dealing with Titans other than Kraken. Then again, all greek mythology stories sound cool on paper, seeing them can be a different story.

Well they haven't said either or about her character's casting. Just that Perseus is married and they have a kid. Either they'll recast her (as they did with the role of Andromeda) or they haven't negotiated with her just yet and are shooting around her character. Given how minimal her participation in the first film was, they could easily leave her scenes for last if the sequel user her in an equally minimal (f not more so) fashion.

The synopsis says Perseus is a single dad. Her character is most likely absent from the movie so a new romantic subplot can be added.

Looks like more of the same. I hate Liebesman but will probably check it out anyhow just because I'm a sucker for anything mythology related - hope it is better than the first one at least but I'm not too optimistic.

It looks like it could be fun, but I thought that after seeing the trailer for Clash of the Titans as well and got burned. That movie bored the hell out of me, which is the opposite of what I expected.

Damn, the filmmakers must have played a lot of God of War III while thye were preparing for this. Looks fun nonetheless.

personally I avoided the trailers for 'Clash' and the final film didn't bother me in the slightest (I think I'm in the minority though)
