Scarface - The "Bugsy Malone" version

...or the "fudge" version.

Nice to see that some schools are actively fostering the budding acting talents of their young students.

I'd like to meet the idiot who thought using Scarface for a children's play was a good idea. I'm not even a parent and that whole concept offends me.

you know...I don't mind HitGirl saying "****" or "cock" but...this play bothers me. in so many ways this is wrong.

It's got to be a joke...or I think the director saw Rushmore a little too many times...

Not offended at all. That is very clever.

If it's real, now that it's being seen by everyone, I hope that there's no 'admin' intervention to get anyone in trouble.

And fuck any oblivious people who don't think that elementry kids swear like sailors anyways - when they're not being watched.

I would have loved it we were allowed to put on Rushmore-eque plays ... even in high school.

That doesn't look like a real school play. The audience doesn't giggle or gasp once, and there was plenty to giggle and gasp at. Looks more like a piece from something professional.

Wow that was lame on every level. Completely unfunny, not cute nor amusing.

yup; I love how the kid did that shuffle while "taking their fudging bullets;" playing the end bit by Moroder would have been icing on the cake.

I laughed at the inclusion of the "fly, pelicang, fly" line.

Re: Scarface - The "Bugsy Malone" version

You can tell it's fakey, why would a teacher have to weirdly escort the last killer onto the stage?? I'm sure the kid can figure out what direction he has to walk over.
