I complained about this earlier in the thread and people crapped on me. For this type of realistic film (and my expectations of the director), the sounds just stood out for me in the trailer as not being right. Glad to see it was just the studio reaching out to the LCD.

Yeah, that'll be neat. The trailer needed the sounds cuz well it's hard to introduce all of that imagery and the lack of the visual sound. I'm sure it'll settle fine with the audience. Seems like a very visual film that will have a very impactful nature for its audio.

The trailer reminds me too much of MISSION TO MARS. Esp, that scene where Tim Robbins...
Being somewhat claustrophobic, this is NOT a good thing.

I hear it's a tremendously claustrophobic movie, so yeah, may not be for you. 100% with 17 Reviews so far, down to a 96% on Metacritic.

I have very high hopes for this, but if it's better than 2001: A Space Odyssey....I'll put myself on my own ignore list.

I've been watching a lot of spots for this at work, and the stuff that isn't just shit tumbling through space makes me think more of Aliens than 2001, weirdly.

Bullock was on Leno the other night and the clip they showed looked simply amazing. This looks to be a strong contender for Visual Effects.
