Need help on disturbing movie title! Probably a film about a serial killer?

I saw a disturbing film around '89-'90, but I only saw a few scenes from it. I was too young and ran for the hills.

What I remember about it is a teen getting shot in a video store. I also remember the movie being quite realistic.

I thought it was Henry:POASK, but I don't think that's it at all.

I barely remember anything about this film except that scene. Could anyone help me out with its title?

^There is a clerk shot in that movie, but it's neither a teen, nor does the act take place in a video store. Still, with the OP's vague memory, you could be right. I can't think of any alternatives at the moment.

heh funny that this is the movie I Thought of just looking at the thread title.

I wasn't sure what it was either, but thanks for the youtube link. I remember now. Very disturbing movie.

This movie came out a little later and I can't really remember if they shoot the clerk or not but I thought of The Big Hit for 1998. Lou Diamond Phillips movie.
