Great trailer. I hope some of the set/costume design is indicative of the final film. Really like the retro look and feel to it.

This can only lead to a boxset of Muppet films on Blu-ray. (all the rights are over at Disney now, right?) Extra points if it can gets Seasons 4 and 5 of The Muppet Show on DVD.
Best trailer I have seen in a long long time. That's gutsy not showing The Muppets for half the trailer.

Yeah, the Muppet movies have been mostly hit or miss for me; some great, others bad, and others I haven't even seen. When I started picking up The Muppet Show Seasons on DVD I contemplated getting the movies as well, but held off, unsure of which ones I wanted, if I'd try to get them all, etc. When the movie was announced I figured I'd wait until the inevitable box set, so I'm hoping there's a tie-in release of some sort.

That trailer is great though. Love the voice being surprised at Kermit and Miss Piggy.
Looks like it could be a lot of fun, and given Segel's work with puppets on Forgetting Sarah Marshall and his apparent love for the Muppets, I have faith he'll do this project justice.

im so siked for this the teaser trailer made this look like way more then just another muppet rehash and with all the celebrety cameos this looks like its going to be just a really fun good movie
