Harve Presnell dies at 75

http://news-briefs.ew.com/2009/07/fa...ead-at-75.html

I just read this and couldn't find any threads on it so i thought i would post it. Harve Presnell the star of Fargo, Saving Private Ryan, and many others died of cancer on tuesday. I loved him as Wade in Fargo and its been too long since i've seen a lot of his other movies, but he seemed to be a great broadway actor as well.
R.I.P sir.

Damn you Castor Troy...

A fantastic and underrated actor. Here's to you, Mr. Presnell.

Didn't he play old man Brooks in the fourth season of Dawson's Creek? I really liked that guy.

Dammit! First Gale Storm, then Fred Travalena, and now this guy.

All this death... Walter Cronkite's just dragging it out until he can have the spotlight all to himself.

Re: Harve Presnell dies at 75

The Unsinkable Molly Brown and Paint Your Wagon are some of my favorite musicals... and then to see him pop up in The Pretender was just plain awesome!

Away out here they got a name
For rain and wind and fire
The rain is Tess, the fire Joe,
And they call the wind Maria

Maria blows the stars around
And sends the clouds a’ flyin’
Maria makes the mountains sound
Like folks were up there dying

Maria
Maria
They call the wind Maria

Rest in peace Harve, my favorite Harve movie "Escanaba in da Moonlight" filmed in the beautiful U.P. of Michigan...
