It looks like an advertisement for whatever he's riding.

That grin is a stark contrast to the stoic faces of the other posters.

This looks terrible. Like god-fucking-awful.

The first one way okay - although it was such an incredibly transparent rip-off of Ghostbusters, and the pacing of the movie was god-fucking awful.

The second one was horrible. The animated series was better.

My only hope is that it's better than I, Robot.

Yeah I don't know about this. So far from the previews it's looking like it won't be that great. I really only kind of liked the first one and the second one was pretty bad. Plus I'm not a big fan of Will Smith in general really.

Well, looking at the plot, this is a direct rip off of "Star Trek: First Contact."

So is Josh Brolin supposed to be in his mid-20s in this?

He's supposed to be 29, according to the trailer. J comments on how he looks like has city miles on him.

Josh Brolin seems like he'll be pretty funny. Will Smith didn't have any good lines in this one.

I like that they'll be going back in time. If MIB was Ghostbusters, this is Back To the Future.

Re: "Men in Black" gearing up for third edition

The first one is pretty good, but part 2 was awful. I'll probably see this one since I have a free ticket from part 1's BD. I just hope it's semi interesting, unlike the last one. Was it necessary to get Barry Sonnenfeld back? I think I'd rather have had someone else take a shot at this series.

Rick Baker is awesome. Wished there were more movies that used his artistry.

Well, a high percentage of gay viewers for the film just took a drop

That would be so dumb if that was the case haha. That dude's shtick is terrible, and he ambushed Will Smith. Should have slapped him way harder. Kind of funny how Smith immediately plays it off and is back into nice guy mode haha.

As far as the movie, I think it looks like it could be fun. I enjoyed the first one (haven't seen it in quite a while though) and thought the second was awful.

Re: "Men in Black" gearing up for third edition

From what I've been hearing about that video, I expected much worse. I see no problem with what WS did.

Back to MIB3, I heard Richard Roper talking about it yesterday, he said it was a million times better than MIB2. Now that doesn't mean that 3 is a good movie since 2 sucked huge balls.

Yeah, it's not hard to make it better than MIB2 but that's good it's not the same direction. I just want a decent movie.

yeah, guy was being weird. WS was in the right. And it was a light slap too. Nothing to be hurt by..so he was lucky.

on topic: I love Rick Baker.

The positives I've heard are mainly for Josh Brolin.

Re: "Men in Black" gearing up for third edition

Off question:

I just went to Wal-Mart and got the first one on BR for $12. I went in to get the movie cash only to find it is a code. I peeled off the sticker and it took half the redemption code with it, so I cannot make it out to enter it online. Any suggestions as to what to do? I love the movie but I will say getting the free ticket to part 3 was a motivating factor.

either contact the movie money company or take back the disc to walmart and get another one.

I would email Sony. Explain you accidentally tore off the code and at least give them the part you can read just to show you're not trying to scam them. They may just send you a new code.

I wonder if this will dethrone The Avengers next weekend? I'm thinking it will be really close.

With the 3D surcharge, I think MIB 3 can get close to $60 million for the 3-day weekend.

Even if Avengers had a great hold like 30%, that still puts it under $40 million. I think it'll finally drop the 2nd place.
