PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Academy Award and Golden Globe winning film actress Jane Wyman, who died this morning in her home in Rancho Mirage at age 90, will be memorialized at a funeral Mass open to the public on Wednesday, September 12.

Rosary is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., followed by the Mass, both to be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 43775 Deep Canyon Rd. in Palm Desert, CA. Presiding will be Bishop Gerald R. Barnes. Private interment will follow at Forest Lawn Mortuary, Cathedral City, California.

The family has asked that any memorial donations be made to one of the following: The Arthritis Foundation of Southern California, http://ww2.arthritis.org/Communities....asp?chapid=49, or Sacred Heart Catholic Church, address above.

A new website dedicated to Jane Wyman's life and career -- at http://www.jane-wyman.com -- has just gone online. Designed to provide the media with fact-checked information about her, the website features an obituary press release, biography, filmography, high-resolution photographs and testimonials from some people who knew her.
I'm surprised this wasn't already posted!

Pretty sure that was NOT Jane Wyman.

Cranberriesfan is thinking of Amanda Blake who died in 1989.

Jane Wyman was a fine actress. I loved her in her Douglas Sirk films (Magnificent Obsession and All That Heaven Allows) and she was a lot of fun on Falcon Crest. I hated Yahoo.com's article title (which they seem to have replaced) reporting on her death: "First Wife of Ronald Reagan Dies." She was a lot more than just that.

Don't recall seeing any of her movies.
But I have listen to her many times on radio shows. SUSPENSE, The Lux Radio Theatre, Abbott & Costello, Jack Benny, Screen Guild Theatre, and Burns & Allen.
Couple of shows she guest starred with her then husband Ronald Reagan.

Lady had alot of talent.
