I would think that "Out of gas" card would give it away if I'd seen it. Still, I'm gonna take the shot in the dark and say Bringing Out The Dead? just based on that last shot. Obvious, I know.

BTW: That third cap is a key scene toward the end of the movie. One of the lead characters is on that gurney.
