True enough, I forgot about that. Not being familiar with those at all, do they usually show up on DVD at that 1.5:1 or are they cropped to 16x9?

I don't think the black at the top and bottom are wide enough to get the ratio down to 1.66:1 for this picture though. Or the DVD may not be framed to match a usual (non-IMAX) theatrical AR ...
