Big 2?

With talk of a ferris bueler sequel I had an idea for a sequel to Big. Tom Hanks is going through a mid life crisis. He uncovers the old Zoltar machine and wishes he could be a teenager again. His wish is granted and becomes a teenager. I know it's totally unoriginal idea but what do you guys think? Could it work?

I think to make this work you'd need some second rate comedy actor to make this work. My very first thought was that the Zoltar machine would be found by Cedric the "Entertainer".

I think that idea could certainly work. I could see it as more of a dramedy like American Beauty. And I'd definitely get more excited for a Big remake as opposed to Ferris Bueller.

Having his son playing his younger self would be pretty fun.

It'd be creepy to see a middle-aged man inhabit a teenager's body. What's he going to do, try to score teenage chicks? Far cry from the innocence of Big, I'd say.
