I'm pretty sure this is from the opening sequence of the Wayne Brady Show. Does that count as a film?

I've never seen the Wayne Brady show so you may be right on that but I captured this off of a film.

And the three guesses so far have been horror/sci-fi films. I'm not sure what the rules are for hints but I can tell you, its not horror or sci-fi.

It's a very odd shot... and while I can't place it in the movie, it does have qualities that remind me of:

Bamboozled?

This is a peculiar shot but I thought it was meant to be a parody of a famous scene in some thriller (Hitchcock?) where an assassin with a rifle appears under similar setting. This escapes me although it looks like Barry White breaking out into a song.

Definitely Point Blank. That first shot must be from the scene where Marv gets into a fistfight at the nightclub.

Without a doubt, those last shots are dead giveaways, it's gotta be Point Break. The Swayze's finest hour.

Nope, nope, and nope. This movie had the distinction of having part of its production documented in the book A Day in the Life of Hollywood.

Nope. This is the first thing shown in the movie right after the opening credits.
