Currently looking for the V figure, and Jaws poster...

Wanted to get the new Spawn 12" but's it's $40... they used to be $30. I'll probably bite the bullet, since it's one I really want.

Don't know about the V figure, but check Spencers for the Jaws poster..

Really tempted to get the alien one. I really hope they do full metal jacket. A 3d poster of that would be awesome.

There is also a Nightmare on Elm Street one coming out in Jan 2007. That one looks real sweet.

Yeah I did, didn't see it and the store was a mess. Options are pretty much only Suncoast and Spencers. Both KayBee's closed last yr so it really sucks finding McFarlane and Neca...

I would get the Alien one but it just isn't that interesting... too plain and it doesn't look like the blacks are that dark. If the egg had a light behind it that'd be awesome...

I hung mine on the wall above my DVD collection. You get a good idea of the size when you see it near the gift sets.

My Spencer's still doesn't have the 3d posters, at least not where I can find them. That place has been in disarray as they transition from Halloween to Christmas, but still they have other new stuff . I like the 12" Chucky in the Good Guy Doll box but I kind of wish they would have went with the 'innocent', normal doll look Chucky from the first film if they're going for that theme.

It does indeed light up from within the egg...pretty cool!

Picked these up today:

Does anyone know if these actually came out yet? I purchased these two, but I got them at the Times Square Toys R Us...but I don't know if they got them in early for the signing event. The Toys R Us website says 11/15...Spawn.com says November 2006 in one spot, and December 11 in the store section. My Toys R Us also had out the Hatch boxset. I didn't get that, because I know my parents had pre-ordered it for me for Christmas.

Ya know, I'm kicking myself for opening most of my McFarlane/Neca stuff... I think they look better in the packaging. Darnit... well, I'll have some money to burn... might have to hunt some of them down again.

I have yet to hear about the real release date for the LOST figures. I would imagine they are shipping to retailers now but they tend to be shipped by boat and take forever. Sure I will be happy to have them but I am also happy having the extra 140.00 or so sit in my bank account a bit longer collecting interest. As soon as I get a shipping notice the Twisted Land of Oz figures are getting packed up to make room.

I ended up getting the Jaws 3D poster the other week and I am tempted to get a few more. They are very cool looking and no pictures do them justice. I didn't really want the Jaws one that badly until I saw it in person.

See post #135 for a fairly good estimate of its scale.
