The new Robocop sets are up for order. Just the battle damaged Robocop is $295 whereas the set of the battle damaged Robocop and Alex Murphy is $440. Personally I like the film but not sure I want to shell over either of those amounts for one or both of those figures.

Google helped me out. Jesus. He looks amazing.
EDIT: Weird. Did you fix the image or was it fucking up on my side?

My first image was broken so I found another and fixed it. But yeah there's just the stand alone figure or you can get the one you posted that comes with the chair. There's also an ED-209 but some people have had issues with the rubber on the dome part of it cracking pretty badly so I personally wouldn't recommend it even though it is cool.

Since they sell the chair they should make a talking Bob Morton figure that can say his bad mother fucker line.
Any pics of Robo and Ed-209 together yet?

Actually Robocop does have a sound feature and says lines from the film. It and the ED-209 are the first figures to feature sounds. I'm not a real fan of gimmicks like that personally but I guess a person doesn't have to use it.

That's been up for preview since last summer I believe and we haven't gotten an update since. Hopefully it comes at some point but I'm not sure how well the 66 Batman and Robin did sales wise so we may or may not get the Batmobile. I think if Hot Toys makes it that'll probably end the line. I'd have loved to have gotten some of the villains too (Romero Joker, Meredith Penguin, Gorshin Riddler, and Newmar Catwoman all would be great) but I don't think it'll happen.

Yeah Hot Toys figures rarely go on sale but there are a few that Sideshow Collectibles seems to be trying to clear out. The 66 Batman and Robin, Bruce Banner from The Avengers, and Wolverine from The Wolverine are among some that are getting discounted plus being offered with extra rewards points. Its a shame because the Batman and Robin figures are among some of their best and are some of my favorite figures.

Saw those. I'm probably in for the two pack depending how much they are. Might get a third at some point too. Hot Toys is going to kill me with this line. I might just stick to mostly getting the characters from A New Hope though. Except Luke which I already have the Bespin look and would like to get Jedi Luke if he's made. Also possibly The Emperor.

I think this Pinhead status from Hellraiser is beautiful...but there is no way I can part with near $500 for it.

Pinhead and the Hellraiser films always creeped me the fuck out. Its cool looking though I admit. I've never been a huge fan of statues though. Also the Hot Toys Storm Troopers are up for order on Sideshow. You can get a two pack for $399 or a single Trooper for $199. I think I'll go with the two pack to start with and eventually may get a third.

How does Hot Toys go from making one figure from Star Wars to four releases in a few months? Was there something that triggered in their license?

I don't really know. I always thought that their partnership with Sideshow hindered them from doing more characters from the license but something obviously changed. The only thing I can think of is that when Disney bought Lucasfilm that they renegotiated the deal they have. Especially considering all of the Marvel figures that Hot Toys releases they're pretty well in with Disney seemingly.
