not sure if you can call that a cameo since it was actually a part and stiller wasn't a big name back then. (and there's more stuff with him in the deleted scenes/tv version)

Ya, I guess he was in character from "She's Having a Baby," another John Hughes flick. I believe he commuted in to the Windy City for work from the 'burbs. That was a great one. "She's Having a Baby" had quite a few stars make appearances during the credits (with baby name suggestions). Matthew Broderick from Bueller, John Candy, Eric Dickerson, etc.

He was in the beginning, racing vs. Steve Martin for a cab in the city during rush hour. Maybe my earlier post suggesting that it was set in Chicago at that point was wrong; it may have been NY.

I love that, the hot shots movies are great (kind of an ode to the airplane movies a decade earlier)

Harrison Ford at the end of "Jimmy Hollywood", uncredited and totally unexpected.

i also liked Mark Wahlberg in the first episode of his produced "Entourage".

I laughed when Bruce Willis and Julia Roberts showed up at the end of Robert Altman's The Player.

I always enjoyed Christopher Walken's brief appearance in "Pulp Fiction". Especially when Willis says later:

"Do you know what my father went through to get that watch?"

I definatley agree with Oliver Stone in Dave and Martin Sheen in Hot Shots:Parrt Deux two of the best camoes ever, if you know the source material.

One I rather enjoyed recently was Dustin Hoffman in Lemony Snicket's: A Series of Unfortunate Events
